Taking a Break
Everyone needs a break in their busy day. Whether it's going out for a walk to get some fresh air, grabbing a snack, or even throwing some clothes into the washing machine, it's a good way to stretch your muscles and clear your head. And when you're at work, every minute counts -- so you don't want to spend too much time pfaffing with preparing a complicated snack. Prepared snacks are always easy.... but are they nutritious??
