Bootcamp, Day 5 - 1 week down, 3 to go

5 things I have learned about myself this week:
  1. Working out does give me more energy during the day.
  2. I can train myself to get to bed before 11PM.
  3. Except when So You Think You Can Dance is airing that night.
  4. I cannot get to 100 on a jumprope without tripping up -- yet.
  5. After 2 days of rest over the weekend, I will come back stronger than ever.
